The Professional & Technical Services segment provides training, consulting, engineering, and technical services, including lean consulting, emergency preparedness, safety and regulatory compliance, chemical demilitarization, and environmental services to the manufacturing, steel, pharmaceutical, and petrochemical industries; federal and state government agencies; large government contractors; and users of alternative fuels. The Performance Readiness Solutions segment human capital management, information technology consulting, end-user training, change and knowledge management, and operator effectiveness management solutions to the manufacturing, aerospace, healthcare, life sciences, consumer products, financial, telecommunications, services, and higher education industries, as well as the public sector. The Energy Services segment provides engineering services, products, and training primarily to electric power utilities.
