The Dyeing and Finishing Equipment segment engages in the design, manufacture, and distribution of a line of proprietary high and low temperature dyeing and finishing machinery, which are used in dyeing yarns such as pure cotton, cotton-polyester, terylene, polyester wool, poly-acrylic fiber, nylon, cotton ramie, and wool yarn. The company was formerly known as China Wind Systems, Inc. and changed its name to Cleantech Solutions International, Inc. in June 2011. Cleantech Solutions International, Inc. is based in Wuxi City, the People’s Republic of China.
