It defines a mid-cap company as one having a market capitalization of between $1 and $12 billion at the time of acquisition. The portfolio managers select approximately 40 - 50 stocks based on bottom-up fundamental analysis. The fund may invest in small-cap stocks, convertible securities, and foreign securities (directly and through depositary receipts). |
