Unilever shares hit new high

The maker of Lipton tea and Dove soap said Q4 sales jumped 7.8% on strong sales of its Dove Damage Therapy hair-care product and Rexona Maximum Protection deodorant in developing markets. Emerging markets, which consist of 55% of Unilever's (UL) sales, grew 11.4% on the year. Growth in developed markets was sluggish, and its foods business only grew 1.8% on the year. Shares rose 2.6% to 40.05.
