Trial: Samsung hit on patents

An expert witness for Apple (AAPL) said Fri. that the Korean tech giant's royalty rate for a wireless communication standard was "unfair and unreasonable." Samsung says Apple infringed on the patents used in its iPhone; Apple claims Samsung copied design elements and features from its smartphone and iPad tablet. Apple shares rose 1.9% to 648.11.
