Symantec agrees to buy LifeLock for $2.3 billion in cash: media

(Reuters) - Computer security software manufacturer Symantec Corp. (SYMC.O) will acquire LifeLock Inc. (LOCK.N) for $2.3 billion in cash, according to a tweet from CNBC, citing Dow Jones.

The Wall Street Journal also reported the deal for $2.3 billion, a 16 percent premium on LifeLock's Friday closing share price, citing a person familiar with the matter.
