SERUS Appoints Kwok Poon, Head of Product Strategy and Management

Deep Experience in Global Solutions and New Markets Supports SERUS' Planned Expansion

SANTA CLARA, CA--(Marketwired - October 02, 2013) - SERUS, a leader in extended supply chain management for high-tech companies, today announced that Kwok Poon has been appointed head of product strategy and management at SERUS. With more than 15 years of experience managing supply chain solutions, most recently at e2Open, Kwok will lead SERUS' expansion into additional industry verticals beyond the semiconductor and high-tech verticals.

SERUS' ability to provide total supply chain oversight and to detect potential disruptions in near real-time is becoming critical to an ever-increasing set of industries that rely on outsourced, global manufacturing. Throughout his career, Kwok has helped bring new supply chain solutions to market and has experience opening new territories as well.

Kwok joins SERUS from e2Open, where he spent nine years in various positions, most recently as senior director of solutions. Previously, he was with JDA Technologies (formerly i2 Technologies), where he co-founded the China regional office. Kwok has a Masters Degree in Industrial & Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
