Raleigh, NC Returns to Sparta Commercial's Municipal Lease Program for Replacement of Police Motorcycle Fleet

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwired - Dec 10, 2013) - Sparta Commercial Services, Inc. (OTCQB: SRCO) (the "Company") today announced that the city of Raleigh, NC has, for the second time, called on its Municipal Leasing Division for the replacement of the city's police motorcycles with new BMW vehicles.
