By Andrew Batt:Thousands of property buyers and investors went shopping for condominiums and villas from across Thailand on the first day of the DDProperty Showcase event (pictured) at the Central Rama 9 shopping mall in Bangkok yesterday.
The event, which runs until August 8, features leading developers who are showcasing their developments from across Bangkok, as well as from the resort destinations of Pattaya and Hua Hin.
Among the projects attracting high levels of interest were TC Green Condominium and Hyde Sukhumvit. Thai developer CMC, with its Bangkok Horizon brand, was also seeing a lot of enquiries.
Andrew Batt, International Group Editor of PropertyGuru, said: "It was pleasing to see such high levels of interest on the first day of our event.
