If showflat visits are anything to go by, the residential market is doing well in terms of sales.
According to DBS, take up of new units at recent showflat visits have been robust. Meanwhile, two new projects will be launched in the coming weeks.
The report also noted that there's strong appetite for larger units.
Over at Pasir Ris, the 679-unit Ripple Bay features one, two and three-bedders. Sited next to Far East's Seastrand, the development is the area's second new project following Watercolours, an executive condo (EC) development by GPS Alliance.
In addition, UOL's Katong Regency (pictured) and Capitaland's Sky Habitat will likely be launched in the next two weeks. So far, both have received strong interest during pre-sales.
The 509-unit Sky Habitat is located close to Junction 8 mall and Bishan MRT station. It comprises one, two and three-bedders, with sizes ranging from 635 sq ft to 1,216 sq ft.
