By Romesh Navaratnarajah: UK developer Berkeley Homes will showcase its York House development at a property exhibition taking place from 7 to 8 July at the Four Seasons Hotel Singapore.
York House is the latest phase of One Tower Bridge (pictured), a luxury riverside project in London. Comprising 12 one- to three-bedroom apartments next to a new five-star boutique hotel, the project's design is inspired from the maritime and trading heritage of the area.
Each apartment comes with custom-designed fitted wardrobes, integrated appliances including wine-coolers and at least two balconies off the main bedroom and the living/dining room, acting as an additional entertainment space.
Integrated Smart Home Technology will also be installed to provide residents with remote access to heating, lighting, automated blinds and video entry.
In total, the 1.6-ha site will house 350 units of one- to four-bedroom apartments and penthouses designed in four different architectural styles.
Residents will also have access to various five-star facilities such as a gymnasium, private health club with swimming pool, 24-hour concierge managed by Harrods Estates, a sauna, virtual golf facility, residents-only business centre, steam room and Jacuzzi. One Tower Bridge will also feature a beautifully-landscaped private courtyard garden with an innovative Water Clock Fountain situated next to Potters Fields Walk, a public space which forms part of the Thames Walk.
