Casino stocks get double win

Shares of Las Vegas Sands (LVS) rose 2%, Wynn Resorts (WYNN) 3% and MGM Resorts Int'l (MGM) 4.4% on Fri. after Nevada gaming officials said casinos took in $943 mil in Dec., about 10% higher gambling revenue than a year earlier. Caesars Entertainment (CZR) soared 38% Fri. and Boyd Gaming (BYD) popped 9.4% after N.J. Gov. Chris Christie on Thu. vetoed a bill that would have made it the 3rd state to legalize gambling over the Internet .
